I feel incredibly lucky to have been given the opportunity to teach at such an amazing school and work alongside a supportive and inspiring team of people. Since joining TPA, I have grown as a teacher as well as a leader; I have been given endless opportunities and have felt truly nurtured along my journey so far. I absolutely love teaching the ambitious, innovative curriculum at TPA and seeing the children grow academically, creatively and personally to reach their full potential. The warm and positive environment means that every day is a happy day for both staff and children.
I absolutely adore being a part of an incredibly hard working and inspirational team. I enjoy the challenges and feel valued and honoured to have the freedom of using my initiative, broad skills and knowledge to contribute and help make a difference in the spirit of the school ethos. I enjoy each working day and feel privileged to be among a friendly team who look out for one another and always willing to provide support.
I am very proud to be part of the team at this outstanding school. As a TA I enjoy being able to fully utilise my existing skills plus further develop and enhance them within a structured continuous professional development programme. The school has an excellent working environment with great working relationships. The senior leadership team have created an inclusive team culture where we feel motivated, valued and supported. All in all, I am very pleased to have secured my future here.
